13 January 2021 • Free youth bone carving Workshop at absca.nz

The teachers were chill, down-to-earth and... Well, teachers. The bone carving workshop I went to was great for people who wanted to learn about mōari culture. The workshop gave people an opportunity to nice and hands-on with the learning. It wasn't like those things in primary where you would spend a whole term on an art piece or a project, it was like a procrastinated presentation you had to hand in tomorrow afternoon, not too rushed, but not too laid back. Overall, good teachers, good learning and a good experience in general.
